Therefore, Unijoy pays attention to quality management control in the production process.
From the warehousing of fabrics to the delivery, the quality control of each process is pursued to the extreme.
Our workers are doing fabric inspection, only the qualified fabric will be cutted.
As per the customer’s request, we send the fabric swatch to the lab company (SGS/ITS/BV) to do a test.
QC is doing the in-line inspection so that the quality issue can be found in time and revised.
Our workers are checking every piece’s quality, sort out the unqualified products to rework.
To avoid there being broken needles in the garment, our work is putting every piece of the garment through the metal detector machine.
Our QC do final line inspection and issues the inspection report according to AQL 2.5.
