The 11th G20 Summit is being held in Hangzhou, China from Sep 4th to Sep 5th, leaders from G20 member countries had arrived in Hanghzhou city for the discussion of global economy.Considering the environmental protection,Chinese government instructed local printing & dyeing factories and also other chemical enterprises to suspend or limit the production before this summit,besides Hangzhou city,the neighboring Shaoxing,Jiaxing city are also involved,this cause a distinct impact on printing and dyeing industry in this period,because all of these places are exactly the concentration area of the printing industry in China,for example,Shaoxing City takes for one third of the country’s printing capacity.
It was reported that the local printing and dyeing enterprises have stopped or limited their production for a week to two weeks already.Due to this influence as well as the dyes prices increasing,the cost of production are going upward,all of these factors lead to a obvious price increasing of textiles.Swimsuits fabrics such as 85% polyester / 15% spandex and 80% nylon/20% spandex which are used to make kids swimwear(including little girls swimsuits & boys bathing suits), women’s bathing suits ,men’s beachwear & rash guards also have been affected,both of their price rose already.In addition,since the suspending and limitation production,factory orders of swimming suits have to wait in line,so the delivery time will be delayed.It’s estimated that orders before 2017 Spring Festival would be influenced.
