Only qualified factories can become their supplier, they request factory must pass BSCI, FAMA, OEKOTEX audits and so on. We have very strict and complete follow-up progress of rash guard manufacture. For all custom rash guard manufacture orders, we never decide by ourselves when it is relating the designs, the colors, we always make samples for your approval and re-work them until everything is satisfied by you, We will just arrange bulk production. We never cut corners. Please below the detail of each step.
Step 1: If you are not our clients yet and just start, we will do initial samples for your checking quality and workmanship.
Step 2: After receiving your order, our merchandiser will arrange the lab dip, strike off, and related labels, tags, bags etc. for your confirmation.
Step 3: If you are not satisfied with some of them, we will make a revised one as per your comments.
Step 4: Only after you approve lab dip and print swatches, we will arrange bulk fabric and accessories.
Step 5: Normally we make PP samples 7-10 days, and it will take about 7 days for your reception and comment on PP samples. Only after you approve pp samples, we will just start to manufacture rash guard, it takes about 30 days.
So don’t worry, in Unijoy, we follow this progress strictly, we never do a decision by ourselves without getting your approval. Our merchandiser will send you a work-in-progress report every week. So you can learn the whole order progress easily, you can end up spending time to push order, take the whole order following up easier.

There is no MOQ for manufacturing rashguard samples.
The sampling can be made 3 times of charge and sent by freight collect, which will return one time after placing bulk order.
As for the price of a custom rashguard, it depends on the quantity of orders and the complexity of the design.

We do digital print or screen print for the allover printing. If for some small logo, or a small chest print, we will do as rub print, we will suggest a good printing according to your rashguard designs.
Yes, the bulk quality of custom rash guards will follow the same as PP samples. The PP sample’s fabric and accessories are extracted and made from bulk fabrics and accessories.
Yes, we can do it. Our product packaging uses regular materials. Except customers require to use sustainable materials, such as recycled polybags, but MOQ should be 3,000 pcs.
