How to Work With Us
Please send us your tech packs (including fabric composition, designs, workmanship and size chart) and order quantity. We will offer you the price to check if it is acceptable. But in case you meet any difficulty with the tech pack, we will help you to work it. Furthermore, if you hope to calculate the freight charge and import tax, we can help you also.
After confirming the price, you would like to check the sample quality and see what your designs look like, samples can be customized. From this sample stage, you can get the correct fabric quality, prints and colors. Also, the fitting sizes sample at very low sample charges is provided by our professional strong tech support and guide team.
After reviewing samples, if you are satisfied with our samples and prefer to place an order. You may send us comments on the prints, colors, fittings etc. All of these can be adjusted and revised samples for your approval after you place the order
After receiving your purchase order, we will confirm with you the proforma invoice detail, payment term, shipping details and so on.
After receiving the deposit, we will do revised samples for your re-confirmation. The bulk production will only be arranged after you confirm all the detail of the sample is correct. The lead time is about 30-40 days.
Our MOQ for custom-made swimwear is 300 units, it can be distributed in a minimum of 100pcs per style per color or print.
Our Skilled workers have more than 10 years of experience, so when produced it can be sure of good quality of workmanship.
Our QA staff work throughout the entire production process, and QA will check whether the designs and patterns are correct to minimize production errors.
Our QC staff will do in-line and final line inspections on the whole batch of goods to ensure that our goods meet the AQL2.5 standard.
After our QC confirm the goods’ quality meets the AQL2.5 standard, then we will arrange shipping to you. We will send you the packing list including total quantity, volume and weight, and contact your forwarder to arrange to ship. If you do have not your forwarder, we will help you to find the best shipping way with the best freight charge
If shipping by sea, the balance should be paid against the B/L copy.
If shipping by air or courier, the balance should be paid before shipping.
